InvGate is a fast-growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation, used by clients in over 50 countries in industries such as banking, e-commerce, education, and technology. To support our continuous growth we are looking for a Presales & Implementations Analyst to join our team. This position assists our S&I Engineers in understanding our client's business processes, mapping these processes to our software solutions, delivering product demonstrations, and participating in RFPs and RFIs.
Responsibilities: Delivering technical solutions to prospects or clients for ITSM & ITAM applications, including demos, proofs of concept, and production implementations.Validating the solutions offered to prospects, from both a technical and project planning point of view.Supporting Sales Representatives and Presales Engineers during the entire sales process, from request for information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP), to contract negotiation and closing.Generating documents to make configuration easier including tips around implementation best practices.Qualifications Do not hesitate to apply if you: Think analyticallyHold or are working towards a degree in Engineering or Computer ScienceHave strong communication and negotiation skillsEnjoy working with clientsHave experience working in software implementations and/or PresalesAre bilingual in English and Spanish.
