THE WORK Lead the product management and design efforts for our international human resources and payroll platform.Utilize Lean Agile principles to drive product development and iterate on features efficiently.Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and execute product roadmap initiatives.Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality MVPs, prototypes, and feature enhancements.Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform product decisions and optimizations.Create wireframes and define information architecture to guide the development of intuitive user interfaces.Optimize user interactions and experiences to enhance platform usability and satisfaction.Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment on product vision and objectives.Demonstrate a high level of ownership and initiative in driving projects to completion. NEEDED EXPERTISE 3-7 years of experience in product management in a Lean Agile environment.Proven track record of working with platforms like Deel, OnTop, Remote, or similar.Experience with MVP development, prototyping, and ideation.Strong proficiency in developing and managing product roadmaps.Demonstrated expertise in wireframing and information architecture.Ability to optimize user interactions and experiences to drive platform engagement and retention.Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in business-level English.Self-starter mentality with a passion for seeing projects through to completion.
