RYZ is looking for a Project Manager who will be in charge of coordinating resources and timelines to launch a customer project. You will be the sole owner of the project, ultimately being responsible for the overall outcome of the project. You will complete high-quality projects on time while motivating team members and driving continuous improvement throughout the process. Basic Qualifications: - A minimum of 2-4 years in a customer-facing role
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a SaaS organization
- Experience with project management
- Strong customer communication skills (email, phone, video meeting)
- Time management
- Aptitude for learning and willingness to embrace change
Preferred Qualifications: - Relevant work experience in project, product management, or related functions. - Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with AGILE or other program management methodologies. - Demonstrated track record of cultivating strong working relationships and driving collaboration across multiple technical and operations teams.
