At MRM BA aProject Manageris responsible for managing production and teams on a day-to-day basis. Working closely with other PM's, is in charge of supervising the schedules and deliverables of the area to guarantee the efficient delivery of production.
• Responsible for the successful development of multiple medium-to-high complexity projects in a limited time framework
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Program kickoff meetings providing accurate information, concise deliverables and clear expectations.
• Create and manage project scope documents and timetables/action plans, budget plans, resource allocations
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams including technology, QA, User Experience, content, performance/analytics
• Interact and collaborate efficiently with clients, partners, stakeholders and multifunctional teams
• Identify project resource requirements and facilitate staffing
• Coordinate asset deliveries with partners, client and internal teams
• Manage workflow tickets and online collaboration
• Coach and mentor other team members; specifically other Project Managers.
• Boost verbal and written communication skills to develop the relationship between the client, the agency and internal team.
Requirements • 3-6 years experience in project management or service management within a professional services company.
• Agency or client-side experience.
• Intermediate MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• MS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet, Egnyte, Jira, Trello, Notion, Monday) experience.
• Deep knowledge of web and related technologies, including (user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management and hosting).
• Experience defining the scope of new products and features, communicating requirements and dependencies, and proactively identifying project bottlenecks.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, certifications in this regard is a plus.
• Advanced level of English (oral and written)
