Project Manager Sr - Zona Parque Patricios / Caba / Urgente

KaizenRH is currently looking for a Project Manager for Corporate Company.

Key requirements
At least 3 years related work experience within Trust and/or Corporate Administration
Good all round knowledge of Administration workflow
Good leadership and Team skills
Excellent English written and oral
Ability to present ideas in a language understood by non-IT people
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Good understanding of technology

Key responsibilities
Managing and leading the project team
Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan
Recording and managing project issues
Resolving cross-functional issues at project level
Managing project scope and change control
Providing status reports to the project sponsor
Managing project training within the defined budget
Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities
Managing consultancy input within the defined budget
Final approval of the design specification
Working closely with users
Definition and management of the User Acceptance Testing programme
Identifying user training needs and devising and managing user training programmes.

To implement and support the development of Business Processes within both our Corporate and Trust Business areas
Product/Upgrade Testing of business related software across the Group
Twork with both external and internal suppliers in developing the product and add-on products
Involvement in development of,Sign off/ Approval of Training and Support materials
Development of better working practices
Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organisation’s executives, department heads, and end users
Maintain plans and issue registers
