This role is with the Digital Document Services group, to support a Cross Line of Business function which requires collecting procedural changes and provide training to impacted team members and stakeholders. Responsibilities Responsible for developing and maintaining Training Plans Ensure final approved changes have been communicated and impacted members have been trained Champions and adheres to the DDS Change Readiness processManage communications and meetings with project teams and key business partners, escalating challenges as neededFacilitate review with Stakeholders including Process Owner, Management, Testing and Compliance securing all approvals for proceduresWork under tight deadlines to quickly update/enhance knowledge assets resulting from policy and process changesEstablish working relationships and routinely interface with Stakeholders, Technology, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Compliance, and any other relevant partyFormulate observations and recommendations for process improvement, risk mitigation, and improved controlsWork both proactively & reactively towards daily communication requirements, presented by senior management alongside regularly scheduled business updates. Qualifications A minimum of two to three years of experience in the Industry working with Change Management. (Knowledge of financial services functions, operations and awareness of regulatory and compliance environments a plus)Demonstrated experience giving trainings, explaining new processes Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and SharePointDemonstrated interpersonal skills and a team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organizationAbility to explain complex or technical concepts clearly with strong attention to detailStrong collaboration, facilitation, and conflict management skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProven ability to manage concurrent projects and meet deadlines, while managing shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment Self-motivated, results orientated & analytical ability who is able to work independently and in a team environmentExperience working with end users to improve user experienceBA/BS degree in English/Writing or equivalent work experience
