Research And Development Manager

We are hiring   Research and Development Manager – Seeds and Biotech Traits   to join the Bioceres Seeds team!   The position will Lead the R&D team, and manage R&D activities globally, in order to develop new products and technologies in seeds and biotech traits, while optimizing process and bringing innovation.       KEY RESPONSABILITIES: Lead the seeds and biotech traits R&D team ensuring that the activities are aligned with strategy and projects are completed on time and within budget Provide guidance and support to the team contributing to their development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product and technology roadmaps, and ensure alignment with company goals. Oversee the development and implementation of necessary R&D protocols, policies, and procedures seeking for best practices in terms of equipment, methods, technologies and efficiency. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in scientific research and technology, and apply this knowledge to the development of new products and technologies in seeds and biotech traits. Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and standards. Manage R&D budget, including preparation, tracking expenses and forecasting future spending. Manage technical aspects related to R&D collaborations with other companies in the sector.   Crops: Row crops in general, with main focus in Wheat, Soybean, Corn and Alfafa.   Location of the position:   Rosario, Pergamino or Buenos Aires, Argentina.
