How you will contribute to our magical experience?: The Revenue & Yeld Management Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the overall Latam streaming organization, working with the business and operations teams in preparing fiscal year budgets, long term plans and monthly/quarterly projections, coordinating financial processes with controllership and accounting, and providing business analyses as needed.
The Revenue & Yeld Management Senior Analyst will be responsible for:
Support and collaborate in ongoing inventory and capacity modelling. Work on improving projections of Capacity drivers (sign-ups, HPS, engagement, Ad Load, etc.). Help drive revenue, inventory, CPM and sell thru forecasts, budgets and long term plans. Analyze and track business performance relative to projections, identifying and explaining major variances. Develop KPIs to help communicate performance and impact business decisions. Communicate regularly with business partners to ensure plans reflect most current strategies and information. Partner with the Business Development team to identify and evaluate new business opportunities. Help define both regular and promotional pricing for Disney's streaming products. What we need from you to be part of this story: Bachelor's degree required (Accounting , Finance, Business administration). At least 5 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (F&PA), Finance Strategy, Finance Modelling and related fields. Excellent english writing and oral skills. Portuguese is a plus. Strong analytical and logical skills. Team player, highly responsible and dedicated. Able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and solve issues quickly without sacrificing quality.
