Description
Job Summary:
Daily job responsibilities will focus on timely coordination of Vans that are coming to Rework. This would include but not limited to, performing assessments on vehicles to determine defects/repair actions, assigning the van to a parking location, or sending the van to a bay for repair.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: 
· Utilize multiple software systems at the same time to perform Vehicle assessments.
· Provide an estimated time for repair in correlation to defect description.
· Assess defect severity and category type.
· Direct vehicles to the next logical step in value stream.
· Provide clear directions to driver team (up to 3/shift) for outdoor logistics and yard management.
· Assess and order Material to be used on the vans for the repairs.
· Conduct regular yard audits to ensure accuracy of vehicle locations in Ubisense.
· Use critical thinking skills to route vans into rework based on the level of complexity and rework associate skillset.
· Continuously monitor and analyze staging area based on strategy provided by GL.
· Track parts orders and route the vans to the appropriate rework bays based on material ETA

Qualifications
Qualifications: 
· High School Diploma (required)
· 1-2 Years of relevant experience (required)
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge & Skills:
· Must have computer skills and able to work in Excel, Ubisense, Vanis, and QSYS
· Must have general knowledge of the effort required to perform specific rework processes.
· Must be able run reports to show daily status and/or daily performance.
Route vans in Ubisense and assign parking locations
