We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Argentina. As the first function in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach to new markets and building lasting relationships with clients. This is a customer-facing role that requires the ability to work collaboratively with our global sales team, conduct market research, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Execute cold calls and outreach strategies to penetrate new markets and increase Mize's global footprint Collaborate with the global sales team to develop and implement effective market entry plans Take the lead in building the layout for the SDR function from scratch, working in tandem with the global sales team to create an efficient and scalable structure Set and achieve key performance indicators related to client acquisition, ensuring consistent and measurable success Analyze and report on performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales development capacity Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Experience in conducting market research and gathering actionable insights KPI-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, demonstrating the ability to navigate and utilize these tools effectively Experience in lead generation, with a track record of successfully identifying and converting prospects - advantage Good communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
