About the position: The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by developing and executing strategic outbound sales initiatives. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for engaging and qualifying leads, and setting the stage for successful sales conversations. This position offers significant growth opportunities and the chance to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct high-volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media channels. Develop a deep understanding of Kissmetrics.io products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute outbound sales strategies and campaigns. Manage and track customer interactions and data in the CRM system. Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and contribute to the sales pipeline. Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in a sales development role, preferably in a SaaS environment. Demonstrated experience with outbound sales efforts and prospecting skills. Proficient in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
