Sales Director at BLANDO We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our Sales department at BLANDO.com. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and drive revenue. Your main duties will include overseeing and growing our sales operations by understanding and setting sales targets, improving sales processes, analyzing data to drive performance, and coaching and developing our sales team. You will work with key stakeholders and department directors to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and strategy. If you are a proven leader with a track record of success in sales management and a passion for driving business growth, we would love to hear from you.
