Role Overview: The Vines is looking for a Sales Representative fluent in English and Spanish to enhance our sales team. You will play a key role in selling our upscale vineyards and villas, engaging with an international clientele to facilitate vineyard and villa ownership.
Responsibilities: Prospect, qualify and close sales of private vineyards and luxury residences. Host and interact with guests at The Vines Resort & Spa. Provide tours and presentations of properties. Manage sales processes including contracts, negotiations, and closings. Record sales activities in Salesforce. Requisitos:
At least 5 years' experience in sales, ideally in luxury real estate, hospitality, or the wine industry. Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus. Regular travel to The Vines Resort & Spa in Tunuyan (3+ days/week). Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems Knowledge of wine and winemaking. Valid driver's license.
