What we are looking for - Charged Media, LLC is hiring for a Full-Time Screenwriter. The primary role of the screenwriter is to come up with creative, original ideas for our producers and directors to create original adult-themed content. This role requires some filmmaking background, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.This job is a REMOTE position. Responsibilities: Come up with new, fresh ideas daily according to our brands.Be able to present and communicate your ideas effectively with producers and directors.Be able to write clearly and concisely.Be able to write original and realistic dialogue.Be able to research and analyze market trends, pop culture, and viral ideas and apply them to your writing.Provide weekly reports to the manager.Other ad-hoc duties.Requirements: Familiarity with LGBTQ+ communities is preferred.Background in filmmaking, production, post-production, lighting, and cameras is a plus.Passionate about adult content.Passionate about film production, video production, creative content, scriptwriting, or other related fields.Able to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.Able to keep up with demand and deliver according to deadlines.Adaptable, capable of managing multiple deadlines in a constantly changing environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with Google products (google drive, google sheets, google docs, etc.).Experience in Digital Marketing / Advertising is a plus.Understanding social media is a plus.
