Description:
Coordinate client Project, in charge of Jira management, in charge of leading all the meetings, reports and metrics.
Requirements:
Ability to manage and coordinate small projects and deliverables in paralel, requiring coordination with multiple delivery partners and coordinated release schedules
Familiary with Jira/JiraAligna and confluence
Ability to lead and facilitate agile ceremonies
Takes a proactive approach to helping the team identify and solve for roadblocks
Job Responsibilities:
Facilitate the Scrum process.
Remove obstacles for the team.
Serve as a service leader for the team.
Protect the team from external distractions.
Promote team self-management and collaboration.
Facilitate continuous improvement of the process and the team.
