We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, motion graphics artist, who will push our assets to a new level. Must be a creative who can consistently deliver innovative, jaw-dropping and thumb-stopping visuals for social and digital. This artist should also have a strong passion for music, entertainment, and pop culture. The ideal candidate must have entertainment experience, be able to handle fast turnarounds on projects, and be able to excel under tight deadlines.This is a great opportunity to work with an innovative, growing company with entertainment industry veterans, and build your portfolio with quality work for big-name clients.This person will have the opportunity to work on projects with some of our high-profile clients in the entertainment industry, as well as Fortune 500 brands in technology, apparel, and consumer products.Responsibilities:- Design and animate titles, end cards and accompanying graphics for film and television- Design and animate social media posts, generating original content from scratch as well as adapting or incorporating provided assets- Create motion graphics for videos, events, mobile etc.- Work closely with art directors to concept creative solutions for clients- Work with the creative team and production to understand project scope and objectives.- Provide designs for pitching and in-house accounts, including style frames.- Provide stunning designs across multiple shows and films- Keeping up to date with latest design/animation techniques- Adaptation of campaign assets - logo and artwork preparation, retouching, color grading etc.- Light editing- Export and deliver appropriate files to the specification given.- General IT housekeeping of software, plugins, assets, style-guides etc.- Compliance with guidelines, deadlines and design standards.- Adhere to internal workflow and processRequirements:- Completion of Fine Arts, Design, Marketing, Advertising Degree is a plus- Must have at least 3+ years of agency advertising experience- Must be a bright, articulate, self-starter who can take initiative and bring new ideas to the table.- Must be able to work closely with a team of graphic designers, editors, and art-directors.- Expert proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) is a MUST.- Proficiency in Cinema 4D is a plus- Familiarity with Mac Systems- Typography, Layout and Design skills- Experience working within strict brand guidelines, as well as adapting campaign look & feel- Passionate about design, and a student of social trends- Possess a willingness to explore multiple options and adapt to stakeholder feedback- Professional, efficient, organized, detail-oriented, have excellent follow-through, and thrive in a fast-paced environment- Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively and to successfully manage concurrent and competing projects#LI-Hybrid#LI-SS2 #LI-FC1About Media.Monks:Media.Monks is the purely digital operating brand of S4Capital plc that connects 8,600+ digital natives across one global team.
