Overview We are looking to hire a Senior Field Integrated Marketing Manager. The Americas Central Marketing Organization (CMO) leads B2B marketing across solutions and industries for Microsoft across the United States, Canada, Latin America & the Caribbean. With a broad view of the business, the Americas CMO focuses on getting customers ready to buy through integrated marketing campaigns as well as getting sellers ready to sell by empowering them with the intelligence they need to have the right conversations and build pipeline. The CMO is part of the Microsoft Americas Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team.

This role is responsible for managing analytics workstreams that help the CMO marketers understand the impact of tactics, prioritize investments and project outcomes. You will assist the team in developing critical reporting solutions that allow stakeholders to access and understand data in a way that leads them to take informed decisions about the business. The role sits in the Analytics team, as a part of the CMO Analytics and Operations group.

The successful candidate will need to work equally well at the strategic and tactical levels with agility and precision, master both the creative and analytical, and be a highly collaborative teammate. Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experience OR equivalent experience. 4 years of experience in PowerBI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms and e xperience presenting analysis to business stakeholders and leadership 2 years of experience in SQL programming, SQL Server Analysis Services or other relational model databases that set up the foundational logic of large volume datasets Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, or similar production-ready data science platforms Experience using Azure DevOps and Azure Synapse Experience building machine learning solutions from end-to-end, from identifying business problems to delivering solutions Working knowledge of the marketing technology landscape of B2B and account-targeted platforms and tools Skills in either data engineering or data modeling in any language, although Python and R preferred Data visualization and presentation in PowerBI Executive presence and ability to collaborate with and influence senior leaders, sales teams and non-technical audiences Ability to drive results from ambiguity, work with subject matter experts to derive and prioritize measurement gaps and opportunities Excellent communicator, coalition builder and team player; knows how to build organizational support, collaboration and credibility across multiple functions within the company. Self-starter with a predisposition for identifying and solving problems R and/or Python programming experience Responsibilities The Americas Central Marketing Organization CMO Analytics team manages a large platform of reporting solutions for Microsoft Americas, built on multiple programming languages and utilizing a unique combination of in-house and open-source tools. In addition to working with marketing stakeholders to identify pointed business problems, you'll be doing analyses and presenting solutions to help the business optimize and drive results.

Key responsibilities include:
Translate marketing planning into actionable measurement using descriptive analytics and data visualizations in PowerBI Identify opportunities for marketing optimization and employ data analytics solutions where applicable to address them quickly Help improve the CMO's data platform by sourcing and preparing new data sources from across Microsoft using frameworks such as Power Platform, MySQL or PySpark Contribute to a data-driven marketing culture through every stakeholder engagement – an ability to communicate results clearly is critical Develop, support and own always-on reporting solutions from end-to-end Drive reporting technology innovation with a desire to embrace and grow the team's proficiency in new technologies that help deliver simplified or improved data-driven intelligence Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Microsoft and the country where you work.
