We are looking for a leader with future-oriented, strategic & entrepreneurial thinking to lead a dynamic team of highly
motivated Infotainment development, testing & Automation team for next-generation Mercedes-Benz vehicles at our R&D Division in
Bangalore, India. This role is to build, lead, manage team & work closely with our counterparts in Germany to define and
implement software, Architecture, Concepts & Feature development on the latest automotive embedded platforms for
MBUX.
Build & develop high quality team to set-up Infotainment software CoC for next generation In-Vehicle Infotainment programs. Expertise in ASPICE and SAFe Implementation Interacting with internal and/or external clients and customers to plan, negotiate and interpret information on projects and unit operations. Develop team road map for the future. Extensive latitude to work independently and the outcomes have a broad effect on overall achievement of the organization wide objectives. Drive innovation & develop competence required for new and existing business Requires sound technical knowledge combined with reasonable understanding of business issues. Focus towards innovation, new trends & technologies. Manage critical business functions & activities to ensure SLA adherence with identification of improvement areas & filling the gaps. Senior Program Manager to recruit and manage a team developing Infotainment Application and Middleware Software for the next generation of Infotainment system in the car Develop, validate and deliver Infotainment Application and Middleware software Recruit, train and nurture software development and testing team in Infotainment Application and Middleware SW Establish an Agile software development team which will be aligned with SW Quality requirements Establish and maintain good interface with partners, suppliers, finance & controlling, human resource etc. Deliver SW development tasks & projects to meet partner expectations on quality & schedule People management: Lead motivate & develop team via target agreements & performance evaluation Expand current level of engagements with partners with similar competency profile requirements. Excel in operations & align with department & partner strategy & company vision Meet budgetary (revenue, investment) as well as HR targets (hiring) targets Qualifications Qualifications - · Graduate in Computer Science, Electronics or related Engineering.
· No of Years: 12-14 years of experience in developing/managing embedded software in infotainment.
· Adequate experience in automotive domain, exposure to people management
