Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop and optimize project management processes, leveraging AI to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making.Document project management processes clearly and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating AI insights where applicable.Generate reports based on daily tasks, manage deadlines, and produce weekly progress reports on all existing projects.Monitor budgets and ensure resources are allocated efficiently without exceeding financial limits.Engage with clients and stakeholders, utilizing AI-driven analytics to meet expectations and resolve issues efficiently.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Track and report on project progress, performance, and quality using AI-enhanced tools.Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.Perform risk management to minimize project risks, applying AI predictive models.Hire, train, and supervise project staff, promoting the adoption of AI tools and methodologies.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on process development and optimization, preferably in the IT or software industry.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.Strong understanding of AI applications in project management and proficiency in various project management tools.Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and the ability to integrate AI within these frameworks.Knowledge of process optimization methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluent in English and Spanish.If you are passionate about driving project success through the innovative use of AI and advanced tools, we invite you to apply for this exciting role.
