Senior Software Engineer

THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO CANDIDATES FROM LATIN AMERICAAs a Senior Software Engineer at OZ, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions across various projects.You will leverage your expertise in different technologies and programming languages to create robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of troubleshooting complex issues, taking a proactive approach to problem-solving, and successfully delivering projects end-to-end.Job Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using JAVA, PHP, Angular and Linux.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our products and processes.Requirements- 5+ years of experience in software development.- Proven experience working with JAVA, PHP, and Angular.- Experience working with Linux- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to deployment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Java SE Programmer, PHP Developer) are a plus.
