We are looking for Spanish speakers based in Argentina to join our team as an Expert Rating Analyst.
As an Expert Rating Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving AI-driven online advertising platforms.
You will help establish benchmarks and guidelines for data used to train AI models, particularly in areas lacking defined standards.
That means you will be shaping the future of web-based advertising and AI models.
You will be part of a wider team of data scientists, data analysts, and expert raters dedicated to improving advertising relevance for end-users across the world.
You will specifically be working with data in Spanish.
But you will c ollaborate with a diverse team from different cultural backgrounds who work on various languages.
This Role Is Great For People Who
Have experience in AI model relevance, such as data labeling, linguistic annotation, relevance rating, etc...Are analytical and data-driven with a proven track-record of data-based decision makingHave a strong interest and understanding of digital marketing and advertising, especially as it relates to artificial intelligenceCan effectively summarize complex information, questions, and solutions for various audiencesHave experience researching and gathering insights, and understanding complex problems across a variety of topicsCan defining, explain, and defend their points of view in group discussionsAre comfortable reviewing and discussing a variety of topics – you do not need to have expertise on the topics, but willingness to research and understand to support consensus decisions is vitalAre comfortable with ambiguity in guidelines, workflows, and processes, and are motivated to help establish those systems
Project Details
Job Title: Spanish Expert Rating Analyst
Location: In-office – Buenos Aires, Argentina
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Experience & Requirements
Required: Native-level fluency in Spanish (as generally spoken and understood throughout Latin America)Required: Excellent understanding and use of English (written and spoken)Required: Must be willing to work in our office in Buenos Aires, ArgentinaRequired: Must sign a standard Non-Disclosure AgreementRequired: Must be authorized to work in ArgentinaPreferred: 2+ years' experience in one or more of the following: AI-based relevance rating, marketing/advertising, linguistics, content creation, writing, tech-related quality assurance, data labeling, or linguistic annotationPreferred: 4-year university degree in any of the above-mentioned professions/disciplinesPreferred: Knowledge and interest in artificial intelligence technology and its ethical implications, especially in online advertisingPreferred: Strong interest and understanding of digital marketing and advertising, especially as it related to artificial intelligencePreferred: Experience with working in an Agile development environmentPreferred: Experience with SQL or HTML
