We are looking for aSr.Global Controller of Accounting and Taxto join our team! The main mission will be to keep buildingglobal accounting, internal control, and tax infrastructure to promote efficiency and scalability of the businesses. Expected Outcomes & Responsibilities Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and global consolidation while upholding IFRS and US GAAP standards, and maintaining transparent relationships with auditors.
Lead accounting close, reviewing entries and analytics, and actively participating in Board and senior management presentations.
Develop Accounting Manual, identify tax risks, and collaborate on global tax planning and compliance with Tax Advisors.Drive corporate structure planning with Legal, actively engage in fundraising, and implement accounting and tax strategies for diverse entities.Act as Netsuite key user, enforce internal controls for financial transactions and efficiently manage resources for continuous improvement. Experience/ Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting.ApostgraduateinInternational Tax, IFRS, or an MBAin Finance is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions.
Background in big firms or Multinational companies.
Background in retail and e-commerce is a plus.
This is avery technical role, the solid knowledge is key.
Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
Advanced in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Sheets is a plus.
