Support Coordinator

Support Coordinator Requirements:
Previous experience in a technical support role. Solid knowledge of operating systems and office applications. Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with users of different levels of technology experience. Ability to lead and coordinate a support team. Customer-oriented and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Supervising and coordinating the activities of the technology support team. Providing technical assistance to end users, addressing issues and inquiries. Effectively managing support requests, prioritizing and assigning tasks based on severity and complexity. Collaborating with other IT departments to ensure timely resolution of issues. Documenting and maintaining records of problems and solutions. Conducting reporting and analysis of support metrics.
