Trainee Program - Service Now Support

In Cognizant Technology Solutions we are looking for new talents to join our ELT Service Now Program, in which the best candidates will have the opportunity to work full-time while being trained in Service Now Support and certify on the tool. The job will not imply programming but supporting the tool Service Now (Snow).
Skills required:
- Advanced English skills, both oral and written
- Experience with Java/J2EE, HTML, scripting, Ajax, web services, CSS, DBMS
- Experience with database concepts and databases such as MySQL, Oracle, DB2.
- Full time availability (from Monday to Friday)
- Interest in working in a multinational company supporting the tool for different clients.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience as a technical resource in client environments (at least one year)
- Knowledge of IT Help Desk and ITIL
