As a Virtual Travel Specialist, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities. You will work remotely, providing excellent customer service and personalized travel recommendations. Responsibilities: Communicate with clients via phone, email,and chat to understand their travel preferences and requirements Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences Book flights, accommodations, and activities for clients using our booking platforms Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the client's trip Keep up-to-date with travel trends and industry news Requirements: Must have a stable internet connection, smartphone, or computer Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and organized No experience necessary, training will be provided Must be bilingual Please Note: This is a commission-based position (1099), not a set salary.
