Test Integration and Implementation is a change delivery organization within the CIB's Digital & Platform Services (D&PS). TI&I is responsible for transforming testing, data, environments, and release management, to support migration to the cloud, adoption of AI, improvements to the stability environment, and better integration and implementation of our Payments products and services for our clients. TI&I capabilities include end-to-end test management and automation, business analysis, data analytics and program management, which are tailored to enable strategic initiatives in Payments.
LOB Description Payments Technology supports the Payments global franchise across treasury services (cash management, foreign exchange, liquidity, escrow, and real-time payment solutions), global trade finance, merchant services and commercial card offerings to clients and supports the payment hub for JPMorgan Chase, the largest payment network in the world.
Role Description  J.P. Morgan is seeking a Vice President to lead UAT team and deliver testing support to Latin America on multiple projects, including team and personnel management, in order to meet stakeholder expectations. Previous testing and Payments domain knowledge is key along with test automation skills.
As the User Acceptance Test Manager, you will provide business test management and supervision for the Payments Operations line of business; in a cross business, cross functional project based environment. You will need flexibility to provide test management experience on other lines of businesses and support transformational Global initiatives within Test Integration and Implementation. You will also be expected to support the strategic roll out of an automated testing solution.
Job Responsibilities Day-to-day responsibility of leading a test team which would involve daily supervision, allocation of duties, timely resolution of testing issues, and regular communication with reporting manager. Requirements planning against an End-to-End test strategy, including test data, environments, defect management, and test automation. Responsibility for the provision of accurate testing estimates within weekly prioritization and scheduling meetings Ensure regional and global TII partners are engaged timely to plan integrated tests when it involves platform or downstream systems not covered by LATAM team.  Partner closely with Operations, Product and Technology groups and ensure that User Acceptance Testing team priorities and needs are communicated effectively especially relating to Code Releases and Test environments. Ability to effectively represent TII LATAM in prioritization and scheduling meetings and stand in for the Program Test Manager. Ability to manage expectations of both stakeholders and teams supporting End-to-End test execution. Identification of testing automation opportunities and test synergies within the Project. Responsible for completing a knowledge audit / matrix on each team member, documenting any gaps, taking steps to fill those gaps and ultimately ensuring that all user acceptance testing skills are transferable across the team. Escalating daily issues to the Program Test Manager and managing expectations regarding testing and project timeline. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience in Corporate & Investment Bank Payments business function. Testing experience, Agile methodology and Automation skills with experience as a project team leader. Very strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear and succinct verbal updates on their work to team members, colleagues, senior leads, executives, and clients. Ability to lead a team, recognizing individuality, supporting growth through mentoring and coaching built on an unshakeable foundation of respect, diversity and inclusivity. Strong organizational skills with the ability to dynamically manage and oversee critical testing tasks accurately and to tight deadlines. PowerPoint / Pitch Pro skills with the ability to create professional slides and structure presentations with minimal input and need for secondary review. Effective change management skills: ability to support & adapt within a changing environment. Ability to liaise effectively between lines of business with empathy and understanding to achieve the common and strategic goal as a team. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelor degree (with relevant experience) preferred Project / Agile methodology Qualification preferred Working knowledge of direct testing with Clearing Houses and Central Banks would be an advantage Functional knowledge of Payments Self-starter, able to work autonomously, with strong time management skills Ability to handle multiple projects, manage personnel & team management in order to meet stakeholder expectations Ability to build and nurture effective and lasting relationships with colleagues, team members and stakeholders across multiple business lines and global locations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
