As an Accounting Analyst,you will be responsible for supporting our finance and accounting functions, with a specialized focus on managing accounts payable, meticulously overseeing bills registration, and ensuring the seamless execution of accounting closing procedures. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced startup environment and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities: Process accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoice verification, data entry, and payment processingRegister bills accurately in the accounting system and ensure proper coding and documentationAssist in month-end and year-end accounting closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparationSupport budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analyzing financial dataPerform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesReconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processesAssist in ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as neededQualifications:
