This position will be a steady state maintenance (e.g. for customer, vendor, materials and finance) within the Region helping to ensure service levels are met while adhering to relevant data standards.
Principal Accountabilities
70% Process compliance, planning and execution
- Under regular supervision, performs the master data maintenance requests in the appropriate tools, according to the established timelines for resolution
- Provides support and maintenenance excecution across one/two ERP´s.
- Excecutes Maintenance activities on Customers, Vendors or Materials Master Data objects in an ERP system, in compliance with pre-defined data standards.
- Escalates matters to Master Data Specialist, Process Consultant and/or Supervisor when appropriate.
10% Data management, Research & Analysis, Systems and Reporting
- Assist the MDM Analyst, Process lead and/or Supervisor for any data validation.
10% Process improvement and best practices
- Under direct supervision on basic tasks, may provide administrative support to identify, develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Communicates with MDM Analyst or Process Consultant to remove barriers, explore new ways of executing processes, and ultimately bring increased value to the process.
10% Client Interaction and Business Partnership
- Performs basic duties related to monitoring issues that businesses may have with records.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, University student
- Organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and people skills, positive attitude
- Intermediate English Level
