Payoneer is looking for an energetic and ambitious Affiliates and Partnerships Manager in Latin America – based in Buenos Aires – who takes ownership to the highest level, can learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and to grow new and existing partner accounts through effective executive engagement. You will drive new partners, manage an existing portfolio, and handle the end-to-end partner management in collaboration with other team members. Working in a dynamic business environment, you will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with the potential partners to drive acquisition and expansion of Payoneer reach.
In addition to being adept at both business development and account management, the ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills to create programs and processes to enable the channel partnerships function to grow at scale. This role is will report to the regional head of partnerships.
What you'll do: Build and grow a strong network of partners and affiliates to utilize Payoneer's platform and products; commercial cards, sending and receiving of paymentsUncover new verticals.Build partnerships and relationships that drives acquisition of clients across numerous verticals, eg, Knowledge Based Services, Remote Working, Ecommerce, Fintech, and AdvertisingContribute strategic depth in driving business analysis and market development activities in the regionRepresent Payoneer at partner events and industry showsWhat we're looking for: Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration or engineering5+ years of experience in business development or partnershipsFluent in English and SpanishExperience in data analysis, deal making, partnerships, managing relationships and creating new opportunities.Strategic thinking and independent thought coupled with ability to drive business end-to-end and executeStrong written and oral communication skillsExcellent quantitative skills to quickly and accurately analyze complex information / data to draw conclusions and insights in clear written and oral communicationsFlexibility to travel Not a must but a great advantage: Experience in Fintech, payments, foreign exchangeKnowledge of growth hacking tacticsPortuguese speaking Join the Payoneer Family - check out Our Values and apply today!
