We are searching for two Agile Project Managers, one for the Infrastructure & Engineering team, and the other for the IT Business Relationship Management & Key Programs team. You will lead, facilitate, coach, and drive delivery across the teams including the following:
Establishing a new way of working – lean, effective, and based on industry best practices (e.g. a blend of scrum, scaled agile, etc.) Eliciting some requirements and documenting them for the team (e.g. organizing a backlog or suggesting use of epics vs features vs user stories) Building roadmaps Coaching teams (e.g. which best practices could work best) Collaboration across teams Identifying opportunities for re-use, sharing, pattern, standards Bringing organizational skills without overburdening / bureaucratizing the project Scheduling and facilitating effective meetings with real-time meeting minutes and takeaways / addition to appropriate backlog 10+ years of experience working as Project Manager Advanced English level Prior experience in the insurance, reinsurance business or banking/finance Experience with successful Agile techniques / Ability to work with and lead an Agile Teams Notions of Software Architecture, such as high-level Flowcharts Skilled at communicating with colleagues with different skillsets & experience Excellent written and presentation skills to easily convey complex ideas to Executives Excellent leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills, including the ability to influence when there is no direct reporting relationship Inspires resources with limited time to get the work done and stay on track Applies the best mix of Agile and Plan-Driven (Waterfall) by project type Effective at managing teams split across multiple time zone sites & cultures Able to effectively navigate complex and ambiguous situations Experienced in defining and improving processes Personal Attributes: Proactively sees things through from start to finish, taking ownership and delivers results Displays a thoughtful, pragmatic, agile and commercial approach to development. Cares about and takes pride in the Team's delivery, value add & customer experience. Is ambitious and wants to make a difference.
