In this role you will monitor progress and engage the allocation team to deliver a standard of service that exceeds the expectations of ANC and our clients.
You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…
Lead: Lead, coach and guide the Allocation team, assisting them to take proactive steps in planning the allocation of work to ensure cross utilisation and productivity of our Delivery Professionals.You'll partner with Delivery Experience team to ensure the success of our Delivery Professionals (contractors) in providing professional and timely delivery of goods.
Own: Own the responsibility of ensuring successful planning, routing, and allocation of deliveries for our clients. You'll provide guidance to the allocation team, ensuring they are trained and developed to allow them to succeed.
Delight customers: Lead your team in creating efficient and productive runs for our Delivery Professionals to enable a great outcome for them as well as a great customer experience.
Strategise:Drawing on your previous experience and knowledge, identify and suggest process improvements that will contribute to efficiencies in routing optimisation within the Allocation team to meet KPIs.
Safety: Everyone at ANC is responsible for safety. You will work with our operations team and Delivery Professionals to ensure continual improvement to both employee and driver safety & wellbeing.
You have demonstrated experience in a similar supervisory role.You have strong understanding ofFMS (Freight Management Systems) and routing softwareYou're great at coaching, building positive relationships and have experience in improving engagement levelsYou're able to respond in a rapidly evolving and pressured environment.You possess high level multitasking, organizational and planning skills.You're a patient and effective communicator with the ability to influence internal departments to find the solutions, resolve problems and reduce complexity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
