Your 'day to day':Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities for US marketPerform account reconciliations and prepare manual journal entries; process requests from MyPMI for Journal EntriesResponds to ad-hoc financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting dataCooperate in the preparation of Balance Sheet Forecast, net working capital forecast and variance analysis, Overheads & Commercial investmentsSupport in identifying gaps in assigned processes and propose continuous improvement measuresCollaborate with finance related services (e.g., Tax, OTC, R2R …)Prepare the filling documentation for local authoritiesLiaison with local authorities and auditors; Review/Prepare financial documents for meetings with local authorities and auditorsDrive execution of controls in local financial statement preparationCooperate with Financial Planner, R2R, P2P, Tax, Internal Controls, Regions to ensure company financial compliance and adherence to the PMI accounting policies and financial controlsSupport Manager/Senior with Reporting for analysis and ad hoc request needs to support market demand on financial performanceCooperate with other process delivery groups to ensure high quality customer service and to support continuous service improvementCooperate ongoing projects / process changes implementationWho we're looking for:Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or in the last stages of the careerA fluent English speakerA professional with min. 2 year of relevant work experience in Finance and understanding of corporate finance as well as financial statement analysis and controlsWith experience in using Microsoft Office tools and SAP (nice to have)Agile, autonomous and innovative problem solvingProcess drivenData to insights and solutions – Data InterpretationBusiness Partnering – Partnering with ImpactWhat we offer:Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
