The Project Manager´s main responsibilities include:

·Develop and supervise projects applying PM Practices in **Argentina and Chile**

·Assists Business Development Managers in defining project scope and execution plans, including the development of performance targets, project management plans, cost estimates, and other issues both during and after the business development process

·Lead and provide functional, technical and administrative guidanceto Project Coordinators, Consultants and third party suppliers, responsible of achieve project objectives

Project Management, is responsible for Timing, Quality, Cost, Project strategy, Customer satisfaction and Project staffing

·Accountable for project alignment with DSS PM methodology & corporate values\.

·Responsible for direct communications with Clients, Steering Team and project team members

# Qualifications

**Civil / Commercial / Industrial Engineering degree**

· **Consulting experience it´s a must**

·Project Management experience, leading complex projects and managing financial performance and project quality

·Team work skills

·Ability to lead change and deliver results

·Safety previous experience is a plus \(not mandatory\)
