Manage and deliver implementation/enhancements on Interaction studio based on expertise Supporting local markets in day to day Interaction studio operations In this role you will be consulting markets on customer journey operations, with a focus on personalization and support markets to achieve the optimal use of Interaction Studio Steer and develop use case variations with markets and optimization tactics Management of demand and co-ordination with HQ and market Steer the cross-stream alignment with Marketing Cloud, Social Studio and OneWeb Alignment with the central product owners for streamlined project management Monitor KPIs and work and consultant proactively to optimize the performance and effectiveness Understand product development and support rollout of system enhancements Analyze business requirements and design business solutions closely with business partners based on nee Support the Salesforce subject matter expert with QA Manage, steer and drive the onsite personalization technical implementation Excellent understanding of Audience strategy's Manage the web servers, applications Test / implement content updates with quality & efficiency Work closely with business partners to solve and develop business needs We offer: A competitive package within a leading global company. · Understanding of overall salesforce tech landscape
· Ability to translate local market Business and technical requirements and provide optimization strategies
· Holistic data-driven personalized 360° customer marketing approach & journey development, ideally with automotive background
· Industry experience (optional)
