Barter Product Manager Sr

IT Resourcesis looking for aBarter Product Manager Srto join a team of an important agricultural company

Tasks/ Responsibilities:
Set product capability priorities functional, technical and to user experience
Define a product vision and strategy
Develop strategies and plans for product delivery
Collaborate with agile development teams for sprint planning & product design
Collaborate with UX designers to create user experiences that are useful, usable and desirable
Collaborate with world-class engineers to deliver state-of-the-art digital capability
Interact with business users to understand needs and business leads to understand strategy

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of Product Manager or Product Owner under Scrum experience required
Intermediate level of English and Portuguese

Desirable Requirements:
Software development experience
Knowledge about Development Life Cycle
Knowledge about Testing Approaches under Agile Methodologies
Human Center Design experience with a focus on software products and technologies
Experience in the agriculture or biotech industry
Experience with KANBAN
Knowledge across multiple functional areas such as software design & development, user experience, customer support, finance or marketing
