Barter Product Manager Sr

IT Resourcesis looking for aBarter Product Manager Srto join a team of an important agricultural company

Tasks/ Responsibilities:
Set product capability priorities functional, technical and to user experience
Define a product vision and strategy
Develop strategies and plans for product delivery
Collaborate with agile development teams for sprint planning and product design
Collaborate with UX designers to create user experiences that are useful, usable and desirable
Collaborate with world:class engineers to deliver state:of:the:art digital capability
Interact with business users to understand needs and business leads to understand strategy

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of Product Manager or Product Owner under Scrum experience required
Intermediate level of English and Portuguese

Desirable Requirements:
Software development experience
Knowledge about Development Life Cycle
Knowledge about Testing Approaches under Agile Methodologies
Human Center Design experience with a focus on software products and technologies
Experience in the agriculture or biotech industry
Experience with KANBAN
Knowledge across multiple functional areas such as software design and development, user experience, customer support, finance or marketing
