Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a highly motivated and competent BI Analyst with expertise in visualization tools (such as Power BI), to join our Martech team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business intelligence, with the ability to create appealing, functional, and efficient dashboards. Also, the ability to collaborate as part of a team and follow agile methodologies is essential.
What you'll do:
Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Utilize statistical and analytical tools to interpret data and provide meaningful conclusions.Develop and implement data models, dashboards, and reports.Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards.Use BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to present data in a comprehensible manner.Customize reports based on the needs of different stakeholders.Integrate data from multiple sources to create a unified view for analysis.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics needs.Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions.Monitor and analyze industry trends to stay abreast of advancements in BI and analytics.Provide recommendations for improvements based on emerging technologies and best practices.Identify opportunities to enhance the performance of BI solutions.Optimize queries and data models to improve report generation speed.
What you'll need:
+2 years of experience working in a similar role.Advanced level of English.Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and SQL.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.Familiarity with data visualization best practices.Understanding of business processes and objectives.A BI Analyst plays a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making within an organization, contributing to its overall success and competitiveness.
