Big Data Dba

- We are looking for a DBA with experience in Big Data.

The candidate will work for a global technology company focused on the latest technologies in the market, and will give services to a client with operations in USA.

Responsibilities:

- SQL Server, PostgreSQL or MySQL databases and versions administration

- Analyze trends and work with development teams

- Refresh staging database environments with production data when requested.

- Follow department standards for documents and project management.

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.

- Advanced understanding of SQL Server, PostgreSQL or MySQL backup and recovery.

- Experience in Virtual/Cloud infrastructure environment

- Able to work extra/off hours as needs dictate.

- Fluency in English
