We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Business Development Consultant to join our thriving international team in Buenos Aires. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with a sales mindset and exceptional communication skills to contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify, target, and pitch potential clients within targeted industries, understanding their recruitment needs and organizational goals.Generate leads through referrals, cold calling, and other means to expand the client base and secure new roles to work on.Maintain regular follow-up with potential client contacts, keeping them engaged and informed via HubSpot, email updates, and catch-up calls.Take reference calls when needed and set up conference calls with interested parties.Candidate Generation: Conduct in-depth interviews with prospective candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for client organizations.Evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles through one or two interviews, considering their experience and career background.Provide interview preparation to candidates and guide them through the interview process, including scheduling interviews with clients.Client Management: Drive the Account Relationship Management element of Key Account Management with consultants.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs, organizational culture, and providing exceptional service levels.Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on candidate search progress, feedback, and market insights.Manage client expectations and address concerns promptly and professionally.Collaborate with clients to schedule interviews, collect feedback, and facilitate the offer negotiation process between clients and candidates.Administration: Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of candidates, client contacts, and job openings/statuses.Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM systems and calendars.Attend company meetings and daily catch-up calls.Collaborate with team members for effective task management and coordination.Requirements: Bilingual English speaker with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Confident communicator capable of effectively conveying ideas and information.
