Business Analyst/ It Lead

En Asap Consulting estamos buscando un IT Lead para trabajar para un importante cliente ubicado en Retiro.
IT Competency Center Americas is an organization that manages the IT infrastructure for the companies in Americas. It offers international and dynamic development in such areas as: server and storage management, LAN / WAN and email system, development & stabilization of client platforms and data security.
Now we are looking for the right candidate for the position:IT Lead in the Service Management Area
You would join the team that is working on ensuring ITIL best practices are implemented and used across all Group Danone IS/IT organizations, we are supporting the request management & project portfolio management software and processes all around the world from local teams through regional competency centers to central teams.
We are working on cross functional projects over all Americas and need a It Lead in the IT domain to lead and follow them.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and lead different projects within the ITCC teams and with our internal clients (CBS)
Follow the Project Management process
Keep the tools and reporting up to date
Deliver the project and associated deliverables

Ideal candidate:
Process oriented mind and ability to solve problems independently,
Experience in Project Management (~2 years)
Customer oriented attitude,
Good communications skills,
Initiative, accuracy, timeliness and conscientiousness in action,
English – advanced knowledge is a must / nice to have: French/other,
Good knowledge of MS Office.
