Business Development SSr/Sr Microcentro, CABAWe are looking for a Business Development SSR/ SR Our mission is to be a passionate global partner delivering software innovation to enhance our client's aspirations and to be a truly great place for career and personal success.
Tasks: Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new
accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
Handle inbound pre-qualified prospects
Engage in project management duties
Keep up-to-date information in the CRM at all time
2 + years of experience in similar positions
Technology savvy (office, online tools, presentation tools, etc.)
Salesforce (or similar CRMs)
Proactivity
Goal-oriented
At least basic Software development knowledge
Experience in international & B2B sales
Full Time
Fluent in english. Ability to communicate using telephone calls, presentation tools and email
