What you will do:
The Business Intelligence Analyst will be a key member of the High Power Charging North America team. In this evolving role you will help to build out the data and reporting stack from the ground up, provide data-driven insights to the various functions throughout the organization, while owning regular reporting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Administration: Onboarding and integration of new data sources, monitoring data pipelines, data warehouse administration, defining metrics, KPIs, and automation.Reporting: Designing, developing, and managing day-to-day reports and operational dashboards for broader use within the organization.Data Analytics and Insights: Monitor key performance indicators and utilize data analytics and market insights to drive informed decisions.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, and Network Planning to provide data-driven support on projects as needed.Data Management: Ensure sound data management principles relating to BI and reporting, using tactics that support governance, privacy, and compliance of data per corporate policies.Research and Thought Leadership: Keep current on business and industry trends and identify opportunities for data and technology integrations and advancements. Qualifications Qualifications:
4+ years of data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting experience in a data intensive environmentKnowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, automation, big data processing and modeling techniquesProficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc…Proficiency in data analysis languages such as SQL, Python, and RFoundational knowledge of business KPI frameworks and financial reporting conceptsExperience in creating and evolving analytics workflows and processes, understand root cause analysis, and provide solutionsHighly organized and self-motivated to work as required, with a hands-on approach to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to our nascent business intelligence frameworkExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels in the organizationPresence to interface with stakeholders, external partners, and customers alike, articulating ideas clearly and compellingly for those with less technical backgroundsSolid planning and organizational skills with a focus on operational excellenceStrong cross-functional collaboration skills, demonstrated by the ability to perform analysis, communicate effectively, and drive initiatives to completionPersonality and Cultural Fit:

The estimated US base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $160,000 annually for employees based within California & New York. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive bonus programs, comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, 401(K), and paid holidays each calendar year. Individual compensation packages are based on multiple factors such as location, level, role scope, and complexity, as well as additional job-related factors such as skills, experience, and expertise.
