Descripción del empleo Manage a central team for data analysis and insights generation processes. Responsible for leading a team of analysts, developing strategies to extract actionable insights from various data sources, and providing valuable recommendations to drive business growth. The BI Lead works closely with stakeholders across different clients, areas, disciplines and agencies to understand business needs and deliver comprehensive analytical solutions. Need to stay updated on industry trends, syndicated and proprietary solutions and best practices to ensure BI strategies remain innovative and effective. Requisitos Proven experience in leading and managing a team of business intelligence analysts. Strong strategic analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and media/research industry solutions,. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative BI strategies. In-depth knowledge of category, industry trends, and audience behavior.
