1. Lead division/internal LOG improvement projects.
2. Act as key user supporting both customer order and procurement planning of SAP system.
3. Troubleshoot system errors raised by both customer order and procurement planners.
4. Support SAP data cleansing activities in regular basis.
5. Analyze AA order backlog and provide status update.
6. Support EOS/EOP process improvement project as part of customer order analysis.
7. Leading new plant planning tool rollout to EDLs with training and workshop.
8. Support material simulation activities with interns to fulfill sudden demand upside/overhanging claim from/to
customers.
9. Support CaPRI-SP2 long-term capacity planning project to avoid material bottleneck risk by providing early warning
to supplier.
10. Prepare reports e.g. Leveling Adherence, Attainment report etc. as and when needed.
11. Support activities related to Bosch Production System (BPS), e.g. Supplier Kanban, Production Kanban, Leveling
and EPEI for continuous improvement.
12. Initiate functional meeting for knowledge sharing and project status update with PDCA timeline.
13. Support and work towards achieving the departmental goal.
14. Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Bachelor's Degree in related field.At least1-5 yearsof working experience in the related field is required for this position.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Related working experience in order management and production planning function in manufacturing environment required.Understanding of MRP is essential.SAP experience.Programming knowledge in any languages.S/4 Hana knowledge will be added advantage.Leave Entitlement e.g: Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etc#J-18808-Ljbffr
