Details: We have a US-based client in the consulting and financial domain. We're forming a team for this client and looking for a Business Systems Analyst.
The project: We are working on a project that involves developing various scenarios for the use of artificial intelligence (AI). At this stage, we are actively utilizing the capabilities of Azure Open AI for our own needs. One of the scenarios is to create an assistant that responds to work requests from company employees using provided documentation. As for another scenario, we plan to use AI for generating reports and automate this process to reduce human resource costs.
Ideal match for the role:
3+ years as a Business/Functional/Requirements Analyst or Product Owner in IT;Ability to work with raw information to create requirements for developers;Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills;Experience with Agile practices, Jira, or Azure DevOps tool;Upper-Intermediate English;Ability to speak the same language with developers, designers, and business;We're looking for someone who can see the system components, and understand data flow;Strong desire to learn new technologies when it's needed for successful requirements development;Understanding of work specifics with customers of the American market;Basic understanding of REST API and integrations based on it;General knowledge of web application structure and architecture types;Basic understanding of Azure Open AI.
Role and responsibilities:
Close cooperation with the development and design team;Various documentation development (User stories, nFRs, Flowcharts, Mindmaps, etc);Participation in Enterprise products for a big company;Close communication with customers from the stage of project kick-off to support;Preparation and conduct of Demo meetings;Participation in project coordination: estimation, planning, and execution control of the project;Validation of mockups with the design team as well as Backend documentation validation;Constant communication with the Engagement Team of the customer to formulate or specify the existing requirements;Support and create the necessary project documentation useful for developers' teams;Daily Scrum meetings participation;
Will be a plus:
Interest in the technologies and tools or relevant experience in JSON, Postman, Swagger, databases, test automation, basic coding, etc;Interest in the AI domain and a will to explore its capabilities
