Who we are looking for: We are looking for a Campaign Analyst (Email MKT) to join our Martech team and work with top-tier brands. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing email campaigns using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
What you'll do: Plan and execute CRM & Email Marketing campaigns for a variety of audiences and business objectives.Create and manage audience segments to ensure message personalization and relevance.Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.Develop personalized journeys based on marketing strategy.Operate within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure day-to-day activities and objectives are met. Actively monitor performance and proactively manage optimizations. Track assigned projects and ensure all defined SLAs are met.Participate in client meetings to define strategies and actionable items for each brand. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of performance indicators to generate insights for optimizing these strategies.What you'll need: Previous experience in planning and executing email campaigns (mandatory).Over 1 year of operational experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred).Basic HTML knowledge for reviewing attractive and effective email messages (preferred).Ability to work efficiently and proactively with the team and collaborate with various stakeholders.A constant ability to learn new skills and master new tools.Strong attention to detail is essential.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Intermediate level of English (mandatory).At VML, we are committed to fostering an all-inclusive work environment that is both rewarding and career-forward.
