A career with Syneos Health means your everyday work improves patients’ lives around the world.We are currently recruiting for one (1) Cash Application Analyst to join our dynamic team in Buenos Aires, Argentina.Primary responsibility is to perform cash application tasks providing transactional support to the different Syneos Health Business Units located in US and Europe.Main Responsibilities:Daily print out bank statements and complete cash receipts for recording and applying cash in customer accounts.Find out and research remittance details on cash received at bank.Prepare cash spreadsheets for uploading into Account Receivables and run batches into the AR system to record transactions.Process InterCompany cash transactions and AR write off"s related and keep adequate records for accounting purposes.Reconcile cash collections spreadsheets with AR PeopleSoft to make sure transactional integrity and resolve unreconciled items on timely fashion.Look for continuous improvement on key activities while identifying areas of enhancement from others areas that provide input to cash application.Provide reporting and assistance to stakeholders related (accounting, billing, business)Soft competencies required:Fluid English skills that enables candidate to maintain a conversation with US based people.One year of relevant Cash Collection experienceAdvanced Excel userKnowledge in PeopleSoft and Oracle (desirable)Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.Sharp, precise and accuracy and ability to work with data.Benefits:There are benefits available to employees including: private healthcare, life assurance, bonuses, continued training, etc.
