In this practice, you will work with leading Chemicals clients across the globe, covering their end-to-end value chain while driving the following initiatives:Leverage industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and digital experience for our clients in the chemical industry, boosting their efficiency.Engage with senior management as part of go to market team and take part in project delivery.Develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives and integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges.Deliver potential solutions along application of enterprise solutions and digital technologies in chemical and processing units, capex project management, business process optimization, operational excellence, managing ERP related processes, maintenance and reliability, sustainability and industrial automation.Provide sound solutions within all aspects of chemical value chain.Harness extensive knowledge combined with an integrated suite of methods, people and assets to deliver sustainable long-term solutions. IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS: Engineering or Master's degree in Chemical, Production or Mechanical, or similar streams.3-8 years consulting and/or Chemical industry experienceKnowledge of business processes in the industry, value chain and KPIsExposure to enterprise solutions like SAP and/or business solutions like optimization tools, inventory management solutions, and so onKnowledge of one or more of the SAP modules like SAP-PM, SAP-SD, SAP-PP, SAP-QM, SAP MM, SAP FICO, SAP IBP, SAP TM or similarExperience in implementing SAP Enterprise Transformations and/or digital transformation projects is preferableExperience creating business cases and transformation roadmaps in Chemical industryExposure to operational reporting and understanding the pain areas in the industryGlobal perspective and understanding of business marketplaceProficiency in python, SQL and other programming is an added advantageQUALIFICATIONS: People Management skills — supervision of junior resourcesNegotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex issuesAbility to solve complex business problems and deliver client delightStrong writing skills to build viewpoints on current industry trendsGood analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude to learn quicklyExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environmentProject management and/or Change Management skills¡A unique workplace.
