DESCRIPTION
For our CI&I E2E Operations Team, we are looking for a CI&I E2E Operational Leader for Emerging Latam.
This position will be located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The area:
EM LATAM CI&I E2E Operations teams cover all end-to-end operational activities for the CI&I services which includes Data Collection activities and management, Field
Operations, Data Programming, Data Processing, new capability building for CI&I digital transformation, and Data Quality & related Governance activities.
The position:
EM LATAM CI&I E2E Operations Leader, will lead the Emerging Cluster for LATAM countries CI&I operation teams across markets to focus on team development, client service collaboration and client business requirements support, manage all related project operation including project planning, resource management, vendor management, quality system management, risk & contingency management, financial performance management, team engagement and communications.
This role requires to engage with commercial stakeholders, commercial and operational peers and counterparts, outsourced vendor and partnerships, clients, cross market operational teams and supporting functions in various aspects and dynamic ways.
QUALIFICATIONS
Scope:
1. Lead and manage EM LATAM Cluster CI&I Operation teams across markets to provide effective operation support to client service to cover project proposal stage, planning stage, operational and delivery stage, to assure a quality E2E project delivery and management to meet client satisfaction with commercial team effective work together.
2. Play a trustworthy partner to support client service to engage/work with clients whenever business needed.
3. Support client pitching/bidding whenever commercial needed to provide operational consultancy and expertise to commercial team/client to assure more business win with ONE teamwork.
4. Apply and deploy new or digital capabilities or solutions to enable and drive field project operation continuously improvement and efficiency to fulfill market and client evolving business requirement and needs.
5. Manage project internal and external resource capacity, cost management, and tackle each crisis and quality issues happened on the ground effectively in a very timely manner.
6. Play a very solid operational leadership to assure project and process compliance in day-to-day operation and assure the process compliance of consumer insights and innovation studies with a very proper and effective management across all project involved parties.
7. Very good at outsourced vendor performance management and resource/capacity management in terms of very good market situation insights to assure each market different geographical/ demographic/culture needs to be considered ahead to fulfill client dynamic requirements on the ground.
8. Lead and leverage new capabilities& technology and or consistently drive methodology optimization in every project execution level across LATAM EM as well as EM group level.
9. Very good at people and team management, engagement and care about people development to foster energetic and responsive can-do team culture and build & drive high performing team on the ground.
Skills, knowledge and experiences required:
Professionals of: Business administration, industrial engineering, social sciences, marketing or related careers.
Experience in Operations areas: at least 2 years in middle managers or managerial positions.
At least 5 years of experience in Leadership and team management.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Communication skills to facilitate long-term negotiations and agreements.
Negotiation ability.
Experience in executing strategic projects.
Ability for effective problem and crises resolution.
Initiative and creativity for solving issues.
Analitical skills.
Advanced management of Excel and PowerPoint.
