Latam P&A AnalystThe P&A position will require the person to:Produce of Regional MIS reports:
preparation of monthly performance reports (Revenues, expenses and headcount)Liaise with Lines of Business and Country managers in order to understand business drivers and be able to prepare commentaries supporting MIS reportsConduct control and variance analysis in order to ensure accuracy of data and quality of commentaryParticipate in special projects and requests (efficiency review, strategy review, presentations to senior management, etc)We are looking for the following skills and experience from the candidates:
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Strong partnership, interpersonal and coordination skills
Team player, highly organized and motivated individual with strong prioritization skills, problem solving skills, and a control mindset
At least 3 years of work experience in related fields
Proactive/self-starter with the ability to deliver value-added support to business partners and clients in an independent, timely and accurate manner
Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to accept new assignments and challenges in a rapidly changing environment
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
